Aishwarya Rai – Her romantic links with her co-stars:

While shooting for “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam” Aishwarya Rai began dating Salman Khan, her co-star in the film. Few years later, she broke up with him and started dating Vivek Oberoi, her co-star in “Kyun! Ho Gaya Na”. The relationship did not last long and she broke up with Vivek Oberoi too.

Aishwarya Rai – Her Engagement and marriage with Abhishek:

Later in 2005 Abhishek Bachchan came into her life. After two years of romantic relationship, ‘Abhishek Bachchan proposed to Aishwarya Rai, she accepted, and they both got married on April 20th, 2007 in a private ceremony held at the Bachchans’ bungalow ‘Prateeksha’.

- Aishwarya Rai escaped from the jaws of death while she was shooting for Khakee in April 2003. She fractured her leg and suffered a broken bone in a foot and severe cuts. The accident happened when a car driven by a stuntman lost control, hit her taking her down a crevice and finally slamming her into a cactus plant. The accident incidentally triggered the debate about the safety measures being taken in Bollywood.
